Uchenna is a dispute resolution practitioner with over a decade of experience advising and representing corporate and private clients in complex contentious matters. She previously served as Senior Associate and Managing Associate at a leading full-service law firm in Lagos, where she advised clients across a broad range of industries on commercial disputes, strategic risk management, and contentious regulatory issues.
Her practice encompasses civil and commercial litigation, commercial arbitration, debt recovery, property and real estate, wills and probate, succession planning, and family law. She has extensive experience representing clients before Nigeria's trial and appellate courts, as well as specialized tribunals, and is known for delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions tailored to clients' business and personal objectives.
Uchenna has developed particular expertise in debt recovery and judgment enforcement, including the enforcement of multi-million-naira judgments. She has also been involved in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes and played a key role in recovery litigation that contributed to significant judicial precedents.
Beyond her practice, Uchenna is actively engaged in the legal profession and has held leadership positions within the Nigerian Bar Association.
