Ochuwa Maliki

Ochuwa Maliki is an Associate at Asamah Kadiri Legal with a strong background in corporate and commercial law. She is a First Class graduate of the Nigerian Law School, where she ranked 6th nationwide and received awards for academic excellence. She also graduated from the University of Benin with a Second Class Upper Division, finishing in the top 5% of her class.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) and the International Law Association (Nigerian Chapter).

Prior to joining Asamah Kadiri Legal, Ochuwa interned at other top-tier Nigerian firms where she supported teams on complex corporate and energy transactions, dispute resolution, and client advisory work. She also has research experience in international investment law and investor protection under Bilateral Investment Treaties, giving her a unique perspective on cross-border investment and corporate structuring.
